Why do people get Parkinson’s?
The traditional view is that the exact causes of Parkinson's disease are not fully understood, but it is believed to result from a complex interaction between genetic and environmental factors. However, from a holistic perspective, stress and the resulting tension and contraction in the body play a major role in the development of Parkinson's. When vital energy and blood flow are restricted, it can disrupt cellular processes, lead to organ dysfunction, weaken the immune response, and cause tremors, pain and discomfort. The holistic approach aims to reverse the symptoms by using stress and tension release therapies, treatments, and exercises, which can complement the traditional medical approach.
